When will it arrive?
Every necklace is made to order in the USA in 3 to 5 business days. Then it ships free with USPS and usually arrives in 2 to 5 days, or in 2 days with FedEx priority shipping.
Can I ship it straight to her?
Yes. Enter her address at checkout. It arrives on its message card in a gift box, ready to give.
How many names can I add?
2 or 3 names, up to 11 letters each.
Can I use accents, like Sofía or José?
Not on this necklace. The names are cut in metal and accents and ñ aren't available yet, so type Sofia or Jose. Capital letters are cut exactly as you type them.
I made a typo. Can I fix it?
Contact us right away with your order number. We can only change a name before the necklace goes into production.
What is it made of?
Polished stainless steel, or stainless steel with an 18K gold finish, on an adjustable 16 to 24 inch chain.
How do I care for it?
Wipe it with a soft cloth and keep it dry. Take it off to bathe and avoid perfume.
Can I return it?
Because each necklace is made just for her, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or made wrong, we'll make you a new one free. Just send us a photo.
